VTI Gun Repair Service

VTI Gun Repair

Need your gun repaired professionally? Our gun repair service is the easiest, fastest way to get your reproduction revolver fixed right.

Order directly from the parts page for your gun, or click "Fix My Gun Service" on the left.

How does it work?

Getting your gun repaired by our gunsmith is easy!

- You place your order online and tell us a little about the problems you're having with your gun. One flat rate, $175 for black powder guns and $250 for cartridge guns, covers repairs for most problems.
- We send you a specially padded handgun box. You remove the outer wrapping, place your gun inside, and tape it shut. The UPS label from you to the gunsmith is already attached to the gunsmith.
- You give the package to a UPS driver, leave it at a UPS location or office where UPS picks up.
- Our gunsmith works on the gun, and returns it to you in about 3-4 weeks.

Feel free to call our office at (860) 435-8068 for more information!

The gunsmithing service is only available to customers in the United States at this time. International orders are not accepted.

Replacement parts will cost extra. If we find that your gun needs extra parts, we'll contact you and make arrangements.

Guns with damaged frames or 'blown up' guns that the gunsmith cannot fix will be returned to you. In the case of a gun that cannot be fixed, $50 of your original payment is a non-refundable deposit to cover shipping and evaluation costs.
